What the footage shows
The handgun is compact, semi-automatic and carried in a normal pistol grip animation. It appears twice in official footage, both times held rather than fired at length.
Rockstar has not named it, and GTA weapons are usually renamed composites of real firearms. We describe the silhouette and stop there.
Whether this is a distinct weapon or a customisation variant of another handgun cannot be determined from the footage available.
